  1. Mix the rye flakes with the almonds chopped in a food processor, coconut oil and agave syrup. Pour the mixture onto a baking paper-lined baking tray and roast in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Remove the roasted muesli base from the oven and pour it into a large bowl and let it cool. Add the chia seeds, cocoa nibs and chopped dark chocolate to the cooled muesli mixture. Mix well and store in a closed jar in a cool pantry. Serve with milk or kefir.
