Eesm\u00e4rgiks oli teha \u00fcks tore kook, mis oleks mahlane, maitseks lastele ja sobiks s\u00f6\u00f6giks ka mulle (st. oleks laktoosivaba). Olude sunnil, kuna poes ei olnud sel p\u00e4eval laktoosivaba kohupiima, sai kook tehtud hapukoorest. Selgus, et see on aga absoluutselt igati hea asendus kohupiimapastale ning sisaldab ka veidi v\u00e4hem s\u00fcsivesikuid. Samas on hapukoores rohkem rasva, seega soovi korral v\u00f5ib vabalt hapukoore asendada maitsestamata kohupiimapastaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See kook ei ole aga madala GIga ning p\u00e4ris suhkruvaba, sest martsipanis teadagi on suhkrut hulganisti. Keda see aspekt ei heiduta, siis soovitan v\u00e4ga seda kooki proovida \u2013 maitse on jumalik! Kuna martsipan ise on juba p\u00e4ris magus, siis j\u00e4tan selle iga kodukoka enda otsustada, kas soovid lisada sinna veel agaavisiirupit v\u00f5i mitte, soovitusliku koguse olen siiski retsepti \u00e4ra m\u00e4rkinud.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00dcks h\u00e4\u00e4 ja mahlane kook, mida n\u00e4dalavahetusel perele valmistada.
