Algselt oli plaan teha beseekoogikesi, aga kuna need j\u00e4id mul elus esimest korda k\u00fcpsetuspaberi k\u00fclge nukralt kinni, siis oli vaja kiiresti improviseerida. Tegijal juhtub ehk ka mul l\u00e4heb ikka aegajal m\u00f5ni kook aia taha ning seekord l\u00e4ks poisi s\u00fcnnip\u00e4eva koogi plaan niisamuti. Asja iroonia peitub muidugi seal, et kui ma tavaliselt teen retsepti aretades proovikoogi paar p\u00e4eva enne l\u00e4bi, siis sel korral m\u00f5tlesin, et \u201cmis siin ikka valesti minna saab\u201d ja tegin kohe \u00f5igel p\u00e4eval. Seda seet\u00f5ttu, et palmisuhkur v\u00e4rviks besee pruuniks ja siirup teeks ta liialt vedelaks. Stevia sobib aga asenduseks ideaalselt. Kui stevial on muidu v\u00f5rdlemisi spetsiifiline maitse, mis mulle omale enamasti ei meeldi, siis besee tegemisel sobib stevia v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti ja ma \u00fctleksin, et teeb besee isegi paremaks kui tavaline suhkur.
