Eile toimunud kokkamine Balti Jaama turul oli imeliselt tore v\u00f5imalus kohtuda teiste toiduf\u00e4nnidega ja saada kasulikku tagasisidet minu tegemistele. Mul on siiralt hea meel, et on arvukalt teisi f\u00e4nne, kes huvituvad m\u00f5nusast ja tervislikust elustiilist ning leiavad ikka ja j\u00e4lle tee minu blogisse otsimaks uusi p\u00f5nevaid toidum\u00f5tteid. Loodan, et suudan teid veel pikka aega \u00fcllatada toredate retseptide ja heade nippidega<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eilses men\u00fc\u00fcs oli oma osa ka sellel maitsval salatil, kus m\u00e4ngib pearolli \u00fclitervislik wakame ehk mererohi. \u00dchel \u00f5htul v\u00f5tsin ette uurimust\u00f6\u00f6, et selgitada v\u00e4lja mida head wakame sisaldab ning sain kokku veidi \u00fcle \u00fche A4 lehek\u00fclje h\u00e4id omadusi. Vau! See oli \u00fcllatus isegi minu jaoks! Kogu pikka lehek\u00fclge n\u00fc\u00fcd \u00fcmber kirjutama ei hakka, aga l\u00fchidalt kokkuv\u00f5ttes on wakame \u00fcks t\u00f5eline imerohi.
