Kes Balti Jaama turu maasikafestivalil k\u00e4is, siis seal tegin oma vanu lemmikuid\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vanaleht.paulasarekanno.com\/toit\/maasika-kookose-tort\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">maasika-kookose torti\u00a0<\/a>ja\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vanaleht.paulasarekanno.com\/toit\/lihtne-banaani-jaatis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">maasika-banaani j\u00e4\u00e4tist<\/a>. Maasikafestivalil oli minuga koos k\u00f6\u00f6gis toimetamas armastatud n\u00e4itleja Karin Rask, kelle soovitatud maasika-retseptiga olen igati n\u00f5us: k\u00f5ige esimesena tuleks maasikaid lihtsalt s\u00fc\u00fca nii palju kui hing ihkab. V\u00f5ta ette \u00fcks suur kauss maasikaid ja mugi nii kuis jaksad. Keedumoosi proovisin eelmisel suvel teha steviaga, ent seda alternatiivi ma ei soovita, sest stevia j\u00e4tab ikkagi \u00fcsna omap\u00e4rase kibeda meki k\u00fclge ja \u00fcks \u00f5ige moos ei tohi olla kibe.\u00a0Sel aastal l\u00e4ks katsetamisse palmisuhkur ning v\u00e4hemalt esmane mekk oli moosil selline, nagu \u00fchel \u00f5igel moosil olema peab. S\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutades s\u00e4ilivad ka vitamiinid ning kapist on lihtne neid aegajalt smuutisse lisada v\u00f5i n\u00e4iteks pannkoogile panna. Vanaemade levinud tarkus on panna maasikad k\u00fclma suhkruga, ent tegelikult on see suhkur seal ju t\u00e4iesti ebavajalik.\u00a0Mingit s\u00e4ilitamise aspekti ta s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmas kindlasti ei oma ning maasikas iseeneses on juba piisavalt magus. Aga kui tahad magusust veel juurde, siis hiljem kapist v\u00e4lja v\u00f5ttes v\u00f5id alati mammule lisada agaavisiirupit v\u00f5i palmisuhkut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suuremad gurmaanid v\u00f5ivad maasikatest teha ka m\u00f5nusat maasikanapsu! Kodune marjalik\u00f6\u00f6r on absoluutselt efektne ja tekitab k\u00fclalistes alati m\u00f5nusalt p\u00f5nevust. Ja lisaks p\u00f5nevusele on minu varasemad napsud tulnud v\u00e4lja lihtsalt imehead, seega miks mitte panna taaskord m\u00f5ned pudelid sahvrisse, et neid siis pimedatel talve\u00f5htutel kodus vaikselt mekkida.\u00a0Napsu tegemisel on alati gramm riski ja p\u00f5nevust ka endal, sest pudelisse paned erinevad asjad kokku, aga selle mis v\u00e4lja tuleb, saad teada alles paari kuu p\u00e4rast ja on alati 50-50 v\u00f5imalus: tuli see n\u00fc\u00fcd siis hea v\u00f5i mitte. Mina esmalt pesen purgid ja kaaned korralikult \u00fcle ning seej\u00e4rel kas a) kallan \u00fcle keeva veega v\u00f5i b) panen purgid 100 kraadi juurde ahju umbes 20 minutiks. Kuumaga h\u00e4vivad purkidel ja kaantel olevad bakterid ning moosi edukas s\u00e4ilimine on t\u00f5en\u00e4olisem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maasikate ettevalmistamiseks eemalda neilt rohelised otsad ning pese mammud kindlasti \u00e4ra.
