Sellest tehakse umbes k\u00f5ike, alates kr\u00f5psudest ja pitsap\u00f5hjadest ning l\u00f5petades magustoitudega. Ma ei tea miks, aga ma ei ole kunagi olnud v\u00e4ga suur lillkapsa f\u00e4nn. Ilmselt lihtsalt pole mul peas olnud piisavalt inspiratsiooni, mida selle toreda valge lillelise kapsapeaga peale hakata. Otsustasin aga anda talle veel paar v\u00f5imalust oma k\u00f6\u00f6gipoolel ja \u00fcllatusin, sest v\u00e4lja tuli midagi eriliselt maitsvat! Lillkapsap\u00fcree on hea lisand liha v\u00f5i kala k\u00f5rvale, sest on madala GIga ning ka korralikult toitev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kartulip\u00fcree on juba kulunud klassika. Selle k\u00f5rvale pakutakse viimasel ajal ka n\u00e4iteks bataadi- v\u00f5i k\u00f5rvitsap\u00fcreesid, vahel ka igast muude juurikate p\u00fcreesid. \u00dcldiselt keedetakse juurikaid ikka vees ning hiljem p\u00fcreestamisel maitsestatakse siis kas v\u00f5iga v\u00f5i kreemjama koostise saamiseks lisatakse koort. Lillkapsast tasub aga keeta hoopis piimas, sest piimas keetmine pehmendab kapsa muidu veidi kibedat maitset, annab talle m\u00f5nusa maheda olemise ja p\u00e4rast saab p\u00fcree kenasti kreemjas. T\u00f5eliselt hea ja lihtne nipp!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PS.
