Chop the thyme and peel the garlic. Press the garlic into a bowl, add the yogurt, thyme, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice, and mix well. Add the chicken thighs and coat them evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or preferably overnight.

Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook until golden and crispy on the outside and fully cooked through. Serve with a salad or grilled vegetables and Cipriani sauce.
