Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Chop the leek, pak choi, and peeled carrots into long, thin strips. Cut the chicken breast fillets into long strips. Press one peeled garlic clove into a pan, add oil and chopped leek. Gently heat, stirring constantly. Add the chicken fillet strips and chopped rosemary and cook until the meat is almost done. Then add the chopped vegetables and washed sugar snap peas. Season with teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper and stir-fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes. Finally, stir in the drained and cooked brown rice. Mix thoroughly and serve.
