Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix the barley flakes with coconut oil and cinnamon. Pour the mixture onto a baking paper-lined baking tray and roast in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Chop the cashew nuts in a food processor, and dice the dates and strawberries into smaller pieces. Remove the roasted muesli base from the oven and pour it into a large bowl. Add the chopped nuts, dates and almonds, mix well, and store in a jar. Serve the muesli with plain yoghurt and fresh strawberries.
