Refreshing Iced Coffee

Servings: 2 Total Time: 7 mins Difficulty: Beginner
On a warm summer day, there’s something undeniably luxurious about a glass of iced coffee topped with soft, airy milk foam. It's simple, elegant, and just the right amount of indulgent — a slightly caramel-like treat that both cools and energises.
Kosutav jääkohv

Over the past summers, iced coffee has become one of my favourite warm-weather rituals. It takes just a few minutes to make, but the payoff feels like a little café moment at home. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning or need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, this version brings just the right balance of bold coffee and creamy sweetness.
My go-to method is straightforward: strong espresso, a touch of natural sweetness, and well-frothed milk poured over ice. And yes — beautifully served in a tall glass with a straw, because details matter.
If you’re using a Jura or another home espresso machine, you’re already halfway there. Add your favourite milk or plant-based drink — I often use oat milk, almond milk, or regular whole milk, depending on the mood — and you’ll have a perfect café-style iced coffee without stepping outside.
