Milk soup is a childhood classic here in Estonia. Cooked with pasta or rice, it’s a simple, delicious and maybe just a little bit quirky soup to try. But trust me - if you have never had it before, now is the right time to give it a go!
There are two ways how to approach your milk soup - sweet or savory. You can opt for the sweet option as shown in this recipe (my personal fav btw!), or try out the savoury version. Just replace the apples with pieces of pan-fried ham or bacon and some leek, and you are good to go.
