When time is short but the table calls for something beautiful, this Christmas tiramisu is a foolproof favourite. Creamy mascarpone, a velvety splash of Bailey’s, and a whisper of Christmas spices create an elegant finish to any festive meal. It’s effortless to prepare, but delivers the kind of joy you’d expect from something far more complicated.
For me, tiramisu is the unsung hero of the desserts – luxurious but low-effort, refined but undeniably comforting. Add a little festive touch, like freshly ground cardamom and orange zest, and suddenly you have something a little more flirtatious. I usually reach for Bailey’s to bring the creaminess up a notch, but Vana Tallinn or your own favourite liqueur will work beautifully too. But I really recommend you give the Bailey’s version a try. 😉
Serve it in glasses for a refined dinner party vibe, or layer it into a larger dish for family-style ease. Either way, it always gets the kind of compliments that make you smile.
