Mash the bananas with a fork and place the purée in a bowl. Add eggs and sugars, then whisk lightly. Pour in the oat milk and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine oat flour with baking powder and gradually stir it into the banana mixture, whisking constantly until smooth.
2 Spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake onto a lightly oiled pan and cook over medium heat until golden on both sides.
