Peanut butter provides a large amount of long-lasting low-GI energy, so it’s a good fuel for both – the little muscle men and also the grown-up healthy athletes. Raw cocoa makes the mouthful pleasantly chocolatey, almond milk brings creaminess to the party and vanilla is just … well… vanilla. 🙂
